Add the EU draft laws.
CBAM( carbon border adjustment mechanism) ,PLUS new regulatory requirements for batteries in Europe.
Northvolt one of the original proponents, is pushing for a tougher timetable before passing in the parliament this year. China has stated just this week being very unhappy with these new laws. Being heavy carbon emitters they will be heavily penalised.
