Thanks Gvan, but when will we know the decision on the anode refinery environmental permit, 6th or 7th May or on a date yet to be determined. Everything seems to be pie in sky stuff, we know what the enemy are doing, thanks to people in depth investigations, but we do not know what Talga's doing. They said they wanted to start operations in the mine while appeals are going through, but we don't know what is happening there. I gather from the lawyer's feed that Pharvest put up that even if she can't stop the mine her goal is to be as disruptive as possible, more for her own ego and future work, as she watches the powers that be in the EU who want to open up mining via the CRM, she sees great opportunities and pots of gold for herself, just like a lawyer, doesn't have a moral compass, just gold digging.
