Was there not a projection that the supreme court ruling could take up to a year? I admit I was hoping for about 4 months, but i am willing to wait.
I don't have a horizon to sell TLG... ever really... so I am not too concerned. If talga price remains low for another year I get to accumulate more at cheap prices. I would be fine with that.
There is a going concern that if TLG does not start making some revenue soon then there will be endless dilution. To that end I expect the EVA plant to be up and running in 2026, and TLG has 20kt of ore to process. If we start with Talnode SI we can probably promise enough for 5 years to someone, which might help keep us afloat. I have been hoping that between now and then that we can get project financing locked in. MT has also stated that at these levels talga could sell some of its mining concessions rather than diluting. It is not as if we have no options here guys.
The story is too good. I will keep adding.
