Talga has begun the construction of Europe's first battery anode plant, this will be a success story regardless of the appeals for the mine.
To say that they would have nothing without the permit couldn't be further from the truth.
Even if the appeal WAS successful, IF, .....Talga would then have the option to appeal against the decision.... but it is virtually a foregone conclusion that with everything happening in the EU at the moment, the supreme court would be very very unlikely to find anything wrong with the original permit, and shouldn't have to go through that process.
It is also worth noting that battery anodes are one of many projects that Talga is involved with, and MT has clearly stated that the mine is not the be all and end all.
Talga has well advanced cash generating projects ready to go, lots of announcements to follow very shortly, offtake agreements almost completed and the IP alone is worth a small fortune, .... so, your comments are misinforming and untruthful.
