Thanks Gvan, is the EU a safe jurisdiction? I'm still thinking on that one. I just saw these guys on the trade war. They are not EV specialists, but describing the general trade history, China's "overcapacity" and the offer that was made to Xi Jinping. In return for blocking trade with Russia, helping to enforce sanctions, and also for giving Chinese legal sanctity to the EU asset thefts of Russian Central Bank assets, Chinese would in return be cut some slack on EVs. Of course that didn't happen, but the proposal was made. As we know, these two, Macron and Evon der Leyen are first and foremost fixated on Ukraine, and they wanted Chinese support.
