SSB's use lithium metal anodes, these have specific energy ten times higher than the graphite anodes used in current lithium-ion batteries. No amount of silicon in graphite can match lithium metal anodes. SSB's also don't use electrolytes which is highly flammable. Have you seen an EV on fire?
The transition to SSB's will see the price of pencils fall due to the excessive supply of graphite
