He specifically states they have been looking at making it easier for US investors. The minimum he can now do is list ADS or ADR.
Also look at the BiG SMILE as he says no specific plans and he can't say anything as it will depend on his partners. He is not good at controlling his body language.
If it was a London listing, I would have thought a London centric bank would be better. Although all banks are global.
