The call for applications occur immediately after the act enters into force (May 23rd)
The cut off date occurs 3 months after the call for applications, sometime late August.
After this, they take 30 days to check applications, followed by a technical assessment of all applications (September-October)
The first proposal for which projects are to become strategic will occur in November during the CRM Board meeting.
The commission will then issue their decision and list the first selected strategic projects in the beginning of December.
