Yep it sounds like you have your mind made up Beach.
If you've understood all of the material and feel the odds are the SP will go down, then nobody could blame you for de-risking your portfolio.
I'm de-risking too (in the form of holding, instead of actively buying).
Gotta do what you you feel is best for you.
