IMO mase101, the business models and companies strategies do not matter one bit.
Yes we are more advanced however TLG has completed several CR which dampened the SP considerably. So there are several pricing walls to overcome. From memory these cr's were at 40 and 35 so a couple of big walls to hurdle once we breach this current SP blocking malaise.
This current SP malaise is happening as the number 2 ticket holder has exited the building and is selling his holdings whenever he feels the urge or liquidity events arise. It just so happens that the number 2 ticket holder is the MD of what the market views as TLG's competitor. So we have a strange situation where he can control both companies SP quite easily. I believe the management of TLG are aware of this but have not offered an explanation to the market as to why Grigor has decided to jump ship.
Grigor is selling his holdings in this TLG and reinvesting them in his company, at his pace whenever he decides it is beneficial to him and his company. He has corporate nirvana IMO.
Hence we have a sell column that looks like a colon after a 2 week feed of KFC. The SP of TLG is going no where and will not go any way as it does not have the fire power to overcome this. Purely retail investors involved and has been for sometime.
Thompson did not take up his entitlement at the last CR. None of the directors have bought on market.
So imo it is purely corporate differences and will be for a very long time.
Plenty of upside for FGR. None for the holders of TLG in the near future.
