“Correct, the Mining License was awarded pre PPA (power purchase agreement) based on the granting of upstream environmental licensing and also the submitted feasability study for the (upto 100mw) power plant. So they accepted the case and awarded the mining license based on the above - now why wouldn’t they award the Offtake..”
