I think the fall guy should be ziggy(johnny's puppet) not sol.
He was the one who didn't spend money on infrastructure when it was needed so as to keep the profit in the company and pay dividends it couldn't afford in an attempt to keep the shareprice afloat to allow the rodent to sell it at an unrealistic price.
Now Sol has to try and resurrect this dinosaur with no help from the government.
Dividends will only decrease from here as will the shareprice. Good luck to T2 holders.
I see ziggy has got another cushy job off the rodent while telstra holders suffer more. The rich get richer in johnny's world.
