I dont usually post but I guess like everyone I have an opinion on TLS.

I dont hold TLS shares for one very important reason. Telstra provide a terrible product.

My broadband and telephone is through a competitor who provides cheaper rates and IMO better service. Their help desk is located IN Australia, and in fact the only time I do have major problems is when the problem is at Telstras end, and I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a Telstra technician to fix it.

Strange how a competor can provide a cheaper service when the wholesaler is Telstra - I still dont get this.. ohh wait what was Sols bonus for a fall in profits.

To blame the Govenment or the ACCC for Telstras poor performance is a bit silly. Telstras product is poor and only two people to blame Ziggy (he started the rot) and Sol. As someone else here said.. "RIP Telstra". It is going to be a very slow death, but unless major changes are made to improve the product Telstra will slowly rot away.
