I would not say its fully priced into the current sp. I think its gone largely unnoticed by the market. I would expect a boost to the share price come the August announcement. A share buy back is better than a once off special dividend. It reduces the shares on issue so higher dividends can be paid thereafter infinitum. Assuming the same market cap it will, in theory, also set the sp at a new higher level. Smart money will be slowly accumulating between now and August. Its a win win for a share buy back.
