Heck, lucky the beast only cost 100 bill. Now remember the entire Australia landscape was going to get fibre to the premise for 40 bill. Now we have crap for $100 bill.

If I am Telstra, I will tell the govt 'give me 50 bill and I will take the monster you made off your hands'.
