what you say is pretty serious as tech and innovative investment is a game changer for the average performing TLS.
the reason i would prefer you just say it how it is with this new appointment is because it is rumored you can read between the lines regarding tech talk.
ps- but just try and explain more implicitly what you are trying to convey .
