Certainly not safe. Well below the Bollinger on the daily and also at the bottom of the trend channel. Big gap to cover to 4.50. Agree that the main support is around 4.05 - grabbed a quick day trade in this off 4.20 but not looking to hold overnight. From a fundamental point of view think this is an over reaction.
