My trading turned around after gaining emotional control over my emotional state.
listening to the market and accepting how much the market was prepared to give in any one trade and LETTING GO of what i expected the market to give me.
Also importantly just being more prepared than the person on the other side of the trade, market confidence based on knowledge and experience and INDEPENDENT analysis.
If you are prepared to work twice as hard as anyone else, the results will show eventually.
But why stop at twice the effort?
There is always another level.
