I doubt that many would argue. That's all things being equal.
Only proviso is that Trump is wildly unpredictable and desperately wants to win in November. He could throw the dice and prime pump the US economy to an extent never seen before. Europe's virus crisis might fizzle out . Plus China could ... recover faster than anyone expects or ... who knows?
