Hello Zabbro, if you were heavy past two months and you were able to survive, then now is not the time to change that position. Stay with it. TLS will be ok. TLS has been moving up and showing motion since that dip under $3.00 on 4 May. I also posted around that day talking about $3.20.
It is very sneaky. Making us think it is down and out, slow and a hopeless stock. But I feel capitulation has happened with it multiple times (the major bottom June 2018) and again recently this March. Many have given up on it. But be mindful that it is on an uptrend since the June 2018 bottom. And to me, looks like April was consumed by sideways consolidation and in May started positioning for a rise with life coming back. This sneaky thing is going back to $3.80 by around September.
Look at it like this, In February we were paying $3.70 for it and now it is at a discount at $3.25. I was heavy then and copped damage, so why not be in heavy now when the coast is clear and damage is over.
Frank, the chart for BBOZ. Looking good. The RSI is right down low to where I like it and that little pin bar of yesterday was calling out for a buy yesterday. This could go to $12.50.
I don't trade BBOZ. But now looks a good entry. Don't hold it for long periods, just trade it. As I believe there is "decay" effects. Where costs eat at it. Just in and out holding for 3-4 days.
