The gap left there in late June between $2.86-$2.78 not able to be closed yet. Two days running with a high of $2.85 and not being able to touch $2.86. Just 1c short of closing and for a proper close, should trade to $2.87 (2c).
Coming close to filling a gap 2 days running and failing 1c short is bearish.
It has reached my $2.85 target I mentioned 1-2 weeks ago. Will give it another day to try to trade at $2.86, if not, this can fall back down.
I have included a list of some gaps TLS has left behind along the way down during this 3.5 year bear run down. In all cases, TLS failed to fill any gaps successfully. Typical of extreme bearishness. Sometimes coming 1c close but failing. And in those instances, TLS had resumed its downtrend. Kind of similar now at this $2.85 mark but failing to reach $2.86 by 1c.
So, for this reason, it is very important to see if TLS can claim $2.86 here, because if it can, it will mean that for the first time in more than 3 years, TLS has successfully filled a gap and this will show there is finally a change in TLS behavior from bearish to bullish.
Note the biggest gap of them all is 25c and where is departed from $4.00 coming onto a full year ago now. This gap especially will be filled one day.
The other day I said $3.90 by December, but I take that back now as it is too quick. It has taken a year from $4.00 to $2.60, So, to be more conservative and avoid being too optimistic, I would say give it at least 1 year from $2.60 to $3.90-$4.00. So maybe this time next year we are at $4.00's again. Like a "V" shape back up.
As for if I still think $5.00 by year 2020, I think it was onyx that recently asked me, yes, I still think $5.00 in year 2020, but give it right up until December 2020. This target is based on allowing at least around 3 years and 6 months from the date that TLS last departed from trading at $5.00's. And this was February 2017. This brings it into late 2020. It is entirely possible. I based it on the theory that a large cap stock, with time, will always go back to trade to the level where it broke down and took a gap down plunge (as it did from $5.19 to $4.85 on February 16, 2017).
But one important point on that, if TLS gets split and shares in Infraco get issued, that will change the TLS chart. And all of this is based on the current TLS chart.
Also included is a new upper trend line I have drawn. I would like that to be taken out too. Currently around $2.87-$2.88.
It has been a nice run from $2.72 to $2.85. Up 13k. One of my trading rules is: If you get up by at least 10k, take the profit and go.
