When the market falls, TLS falls... but a lot less. When the market rises, TLS stays... or falls slightly.
I also see TLS as a parking bay, safe shelter as you call it. It will do better than most when the market eventually falls of a cliff and will eventually rise back up to that ~$4 mark.
As long as the divvy remains im happy to continue to parking some cash in here at these near or below $3 levels...
