Daily RSI touched 27. So, now is more safe than anytime in the past month to start buying for a small pre ex div bounce.
But medium term, unless some miraculous announcement such as Penn leaving, such as NBN wholesale price cut, such as NBN selling for 80% discount with TLS shareholder entitled to free shares, its a dog that will start to trade under $3.00.
