TLS trades to $2.87 on open and for the first time since March 2016, fully and successfully closes a gap.
This, combined with trading above the 50 DMA line is a very positive sign and strong indication that the TLS bear market is weakening. Both interest and demand in the stock is very slowly rising.
What is needed now is a higher high. That is, TLS now needs to get to $2.97 and trade above it and we will get a higher high for the first time since December-January.
Still not out of the woods, but finally some stabilization. Recovery is going to be long.
