I totally agree, the AGM is a key event. I'd recommend holding and not buying until a release from this meeting has been issued. I'm favouring a negative outcome, as you said capitulation should result. A few weeks after the capitulation should offer some great buying for dividend income.
Plenty of people thought they were clever picking up tls for $3.15 on the day of the Annual results capitulation, patience for this one, it aint recovering anytime soon, and the next divy is 5.5 months away.
