I havent done any FA research on Telstra yet, i only just looked at the charts this morning. Its interesting you say about customers leaving, because i am planning on leaving once my contract ends, ive been with Telstra for over 10 years but they stopped providing the Lease contract, which i would replace my phone every 12 months under. Now that i will have to buy a phone every time i want to change theres no point me hanging around when i can get 12 months of the equivelant contract for $360 with boost (thats on telstras network).
