Fell 2c more to $2.76 the other day after I thought $2.78 was it.

The bounce to $2.85 from $2.76 was on very little volume of only 15 mil. As low as Christmas and new year period.

That bounce also brought with it a gap on the hourly chart between $2.79 and $2.80 which I knew would be filled. And what it did today was that it filled that beautifully when it went as low as $2.78. So that is a good thing. Better fill now than later.

Still unable to sit on top of the 21 EMA line. Seems not many are interested in buying and no smart money to be seen.

The only thing going for it is the huge positive divergence that is building up on the daily RSI. Which strongly suggests there is a rise coming to the right hand side of this chart. I have placed as short line up at $3.00 for November 27 for where I think it should be by then.

RSI slowly edging up and getting closer to the 50 level.

I think the day will come when this starts to rise. But for now, it is not performing at all. Barely keeping up with the XAO. Seems it is waiting for something TLS or telco specific to give it a 5% surge with a huge green candle.

Example, WBC has risen from $16.05 from September 22 to $17.86 today, +11%. TLS closed at $2.82 on 22 September and closed at the same $2.82 today = 0%. Zero gain. Good work TLS.

Something of interest to note, is how the past 3 monthly candles on the monthly chart looks very similar to back in 2010. Also occurred precisely in August, September and October.
