Seems it was waiting for the AGM and some hint that the dividend would be kept at 16c. Finally got the surge with a huge green candle I had envisaged.
Excellent volume of 81 mil. And finally got above the 21 EMA line. The daily RSI touched and went over the 50 level.
That positive divergence that was building on the RSI will now play out a rise to the right hand side over the coming weeks.
The gap on the daily down to $2.79 and on the hourly chart, down to $2.78 will be filled. Poster Calvo addressed this gap and his views on it.
I think we will get to $3.00 and will come back down. Will be filled sooner rather than later. Inside 1-2 months.
For a medium to longer term view, because we didn't break $2.71, it is looking likely that the recent $2.76 low was the end of corrective wave ABC. In which case, the full Elliot wave sequence that started in June 2018 has completed and we are back at a Wave 1 start. If so, the fun is just starting. All on board, toot toot, the train is departing, ride tickets selling at $2.89. Back to $3.80 sometime next year.
