I don't get it.
Most of the commentary with charts keeps talking about as reflected in the charts, its a good time to buy and the price should go up. ie the "charts" are predicting upwards pricing.
And yet the actually share price is not.
So more relevant I would think,
Who is wrong?
The charts themselves, or
The people interpreting the charts (ie we don't have very good chartists here on hotcopper).
