......any thing lower than current SP is a bargain......with intrest rates so low, I or my kids may not see return this high for years to come........
If 3.5% is industry acceptable level for divis, then SP should be
.16/.035x100=$4.57 (FF) and (UF) SP=$5.71
If 4.5% is industry acceptable level for divis, then SP should be
.16/.045x100=$3.55 (FF) and (UF) SP=$$4.62
