TLS is the most disappointing stock I've ever owned but at least the dividends have never stopped and if I factor those in, I am not out of pocket at all, but have done very well over the many many years have been a holder. It is a fairly safe investment if not an impressive growth stock which it should be situated in the tech sector which otherwise has flown high this year.
