Hello declaw, the answer to that is tricky and up to the individual. If I really had to choose between buy or sell, I would choose buy at these prices. I left my sentiment on the post as buy.
Depends on your tolerance and also timeframe. If you were a trader, I would wait 2 more days and would buy.
If you look into end of July, we could be back to $3.00 and you would say that today is a buy for end of July.
If you look into year 2020, the price could be $4.00 and today would be a buy for 2020.
