Ok quick update. It appears that TLS maybe very close to banking in a turn up here in what appears to be possibly a triangle waveC in this consolidation phase mentioned above. It would line up nicely as a further leg down would render this pull back abit to deep for my liking. Also it's kept above the orange line so way from the previous multiyr down channel. Indices appear to be nearing a turn up too.
If we start seeing higher prices break out of that purple channel and hold it will firm up the view.
RR is very attractive around here so I have been adding as mentioned.
