The good thing with a bad CEO like Penn is Telstra's and its share value is being tested. He gets up and talks and brings the price down by -10% every few months. There will come a point when even Penn wont be able to bring the share price down anymore. There will be no bubble, no air and no risk left in the shares. So, he is doing an excellent good job of bringing the share price right down. That will cause a huge upside when it comes. Penn is a good deflator.
