I organised foxtelnow for my parents, they have good packages they couldnt get elsewhere, and its heaps cheaper than Foxtel (satellite) that they had for years, it should be a growth area, and serious competition to Netflix/Hulu/Stan.
I suspect it would do better if its ownership was independent of any other media, so it could more easily do deals with other carriers like FetchTV does. I think it would have to be worth a fair bit if it was floated.
