The RSI has touched my level of 27 today and for me, that says buy. So, in my opinion only, you would start to buy this today. The price could go down more to as low as $2.80, but if it does, then you would buy more. But I feel there will then be a bounce back up to touch $2.99-$3.00. When it gets to $2.99-$3.00, you sell and gain between 15-20c then out. If the price fails to close above $3.00 when it gets there and falls back, you would stay out and stay clear of this stock.
I'm confident the stock will rise back up after this and have a go at $3.00 again. I'm not buying because I am in another stock, a bank.
