Too much value sub $3 the market has not fully digested 5G nor Telstra2022 yet.
Someone told me markets are slow to react to structural changes or influences. If one believes 5G and Telstra2022 is the way forward then these prices are too low.
I think it got ahead of itself too much to the downside and bear bubbled, personally speaking
