Tax man wants to see how many units you held at the start of the year and how many units you held at the end of year and how much Profit or Loss you made by trading. How many times you traded a share, Tax man don't care.

( However, above rules does not apply to Brokers/Advisors/Company Director. They are governed by different rules. This is to avoid market manipulation and insider trading )
