I looked at the rejected BP-WOW merger - and that was rejected only on issues that may raise concerns - there were no issues of concern. https://www.accc.gov.au/system/files/public-registers/documents/MER17+10437.pdf
So TPG is looking even more unfavourable IMO.
There is also the Bingo acq going through ATM, and that has no issues of concern - only issues that may raise concerns.
That is not much of a sample set I admit - but TPG looks more unlikely than Bingo and WOW/BP on that single basis.
