Sorry to say, but you may just have too much wishful thinking and speculation. Shall read their statement to understand how telstra makes money.
Actually, Consumer market is the most important market for telstra. it represents 60% of their revenue and 95% of total EBITDA based on H1 19 report.
I agree with 600ml and telstra outlook does not look good.
