If you want to find the share price for the reasonable PE ratio of 15, then for current 2019 FY EPS, TLS should be trading around or less than
Price= Current EPS*15=0.181*15=$2.71
Thodey and current CEO would have seen all this coming as they were and are management but haven't been able to find any ideas for alternative income.
It is unbelievable that for 20 years, TLS has not been able to do anything about grown but suffer from regulation and have its share price lower than issue price. All the CEO's failed.
Sol Trujillo was onto it, but so was the government so keen to get him out. Sol was the only one with talent, vision and potential.
The 22 EMA holds, the $3.40 low holds and even doesn't go near the recent $3.46 low and we are ok.
