Need to break above the upper resistance line for good things to happen (as it did previously in early 2019).
If can't, then back to $3.00 is a real possibility and that wont be a good look for Penn after 5 years at the wheel as CEO. He would want to leave with TLS having at least a 4 in front of the share price.
