If it comes in at consensus, the price will probably drop short term. It needs to exceed expectations and hold the dividend to go up. While in the long term the merger is good news for the sector (surely it has to go ahead), I think short term it will have a negative impact on TLS price. Holding both TLS and TPM either way.
