Telstra's share price is having a little waterloo battle at the $4.02 mark this morning ... It's gone below $4 and didn't smack back up in a hurry ... all the sellers started to panic and kept the price down. Unfortunately the market overall is having a good week, which is offering TLS a life raft... hopefully the sea will get rough and tumble Telstra over.
