The 'bad' news have been out for months. At that time, anyone who thinks TLS has become a lemon can foresee the share price falling in the future.
Whoever loses faith in the company would have sold there and then instead of waiting to sell into a lower price in the future.
Who is selling now? Maybe some who are frightened into selling by the constant reminder of the past 'bad' news, shorters etc.
I think there will be more buyers than sellers from now on.
Would you have waited so long to sell if you have lost faith a few months ago?
If you have just lost faith, what other concrete and substantial 'bad' news have been announced recently?
The CEO knows about the shortfall in earning and they must be busy exploring different options.
We don't need to keep reminding him and imagine that he is slumbering away and wake up in two yrs time to realise there is an earning hole to plug.
