look old mate- all Labor did was to test the water with the initial announcement. they have modified it, so they have a potential 300,000 extra vote pool !
they also didn't want to come across as reneging on their own agenda in 1998, where they said that Franking credits are an absolute must for battlers.
the only way the LIBS can come close to winning is to get rid of the Toorak Toff and his band of insipid ministers.
ps- all Labor will do once in power is reneg. on the latest deal!
