I have to say that you do make a good point I too would be pissed if I wasn't in it for the long term because lets face it besides bad news there has not been much good news to read about ATM it looks like its just getting worse.
I read some where, and I am not sure who it was that said it but, Mr Penn was compared to Mr Trujilo I am hoping that Mr Penn has a plan moving forward
The good news is Mr Penn has expressed concern over asset prices saying that they are at their peak, now that to me would mean that he is waiting for the right time to make a move
so I would say enjoy the secure divi and relax and if you can
