anyone who predicts that TLS is going great because of looking at past charts is not what you would define as smart.
TLS only went up because of the reneg. of the Philippines deal and the sale of Autoholme.
seriously though, anyone should be able to see through all this diatribe-it"s just smoke and mirrors- even as a budding astrologer, this chartist fails the grade- he picks winning trends less than blue moons.
he is what you would define as a " Contraindick" detrimental to the logicality of sane investment principles.
