It may be the case that those in the know were selling today. But I think it may also be the case that they know there is good news in the announcement, so knowing that people would see a price fall close to the announcement as bad news is coming, they shorted today to force nervous shareholders to sell and then they bought.
If what I think is right, then TLS share price will go up tomorrow or/and Wednesday.
