Absolutely, check Vodafone's/Optus' reports. Both companies are growing their postpaid/prepaid customers quite well. MP1 has been zooming and can offer data interlinks at a fraction of the cost of TLS. Vocus offers 500mbps up and down (symmetrical) for just $700/month which is not much at all for a city building. TPG offers a range of business services too that they didn't offer before.
